ROCKFORD — AdsOrTails, a tech startup aimed at linking local digital advertisers with consumers through a game-like interface, launched today.
Brothers-in-law Paul Fowler and Brad Marshall founded the company and have been beta testing a website and app that rewards users in exchange for feedback for businesses they learn about on the site.
